VP/SVP, Investment Counsellor, European Private Bank

A European Private Bank is looking for an experienced Investment Counsellor to join the team. A newly created role, this individual will work closely with the Relationship Managers in growing the business in North Asia.

Responsibilities:

As a key member of the team, you will play an impactful role in driving new business and sustaining revenue growth. You will partner the Relationship Managers in delivering multi-asset investment advice to HNW clients. This involve understanding clients’ financial objectives and risk appetite and providing investment recommendations within the clients’ risk appetite and bank’s recommendation framework. You will perform regular portfolio reviews, advise on asset allocation and pro-actively update clients on market trends, recommending timely all-rounded investment solutions.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate has strong academic qualifications with over 8 years of experience in investment advisory, preferably in Private Banking or Wealth Management. You are conversant with investment products across asset classes and are able to recommend appropriate investment solutions to clients. You have extensive knowledge of investment products and are well versed with financial markets. Experience working closely with HNW clients in North Asia is a strong advantage.  You are a driven, results-focused and solutions-oriented individual who thrives in a team environment.
