    Our client is a well-regarded major financial institution with significant international presence. To support the firm’s go-forward strategies and its focus in building a future ready workforce, there is now a rare opportunity for a dynamic talent development professional to join its global human resources division.

    Responsibilities

    This is an exciting role where you will deliver the talent management agenda aligned to the firm’s future focused vision and business goals, ensuring it is an employer of choice within its industry. You will conceptualise and implement talent frameworks, programs and solutions across domains including talent management, managing hi-potentials, career development, succession planning, strategic workforce planning, employee engagement, recognition and performance management. You will work closely with business leaders and human resource business partners to contextualize to the functions and markets, and ensure effective communication and execution of initiatives and solutions. You will be a subject matter expert, providing current market insights and thought leadership on best-in-class talent management.

    Requirements

    You are a degree qualified with demonstrated track record in talent management gained in consulting and in-house roles with progressive global companies. You are well-versed in talent development, performance management and succession planning for highly skilled, professional and international talent.  You have experience in both design and implementation working closely with business leaders and HR business partners. You are a progressive, future focused HR professional who is strategic yet hands on, with strong analytical, EQ and communication skills.
